Your safety and comfort are our absolute priority. You are in constant communication with a member of staff throughout your entire session — you will never be left alone. If you feel anxious or need to exit the chamber for any reason, the session can be stopped immediately. It takes only around two minutes to safely return the chamber to normal pressure, after which you are free to step out.

The process is very gentle and similar to the feeling you experience on an aeroplane. • Pressurisation: This feels like an aeroplane descending. You may notice a slight pressure or a gentle "pop" in your ears. To equalise this, simply yawn, swallow, or hold your nose and blow gently. This feeling only lasts for the first 5 to 10 minutes of your session. • Depressurisation: This is the reverse process, similar to an aeroplane ascending. The pressure slowly and safely returns to normal. You may feel a gentle "pop" in your ears as it equalises. This process is fully managed by our team to ensure your comfort.

A Red Light Therapy session typically lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the protocol you choose. A Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session lasts either 60 or 90 minutes, once the chamber is fully pressurised.

Your session takes place in a private, peaceful room designed to help you unwind and feel completely at ease. Each treatment is individual, giving you full privacy and quiet from start to finish. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. For best results, you may choose to remain in underwear, shorts and a sports bra, or a swimsuit — whatever feels right for you and allows optimal light exposure. A member of our team will accompany you to the room, explain the process, and make sure you feel comfortable before the session begins. Once everything is ready, you will be left to relax in complete privacy — no one will enter the room during your treatment, so you can enjoy the experience in total peace.

You are welcome to wear whatever feels most comfortable for you. There is no specific dress code for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, most clients choose loose, breathable clothing such as a T-shirt, leggings or joggers. You will remain fully dressed throughout the session, so the key is simply to feel relaxed and at ease. For hygiene and comfort, we ask that you remove your shoes before entering the chamber to help keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone.
