Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

During your HBOT session, you will sit or lie comfortably inside our private solo chamber right here in Stirling. The chamber is gently pressurised to 1.5 ATA while you breathe in pure oxygen. Sessions typically last around 60–90 minutes. The experience is quiet and deeply relaxing — many people choose to read, listen to music, or simply rest. There is nothing to do and nothing required of you other than to be still and let your body do its work. The increased oxygen levels stimulate cell repair, reduce inflammation and support recovery across a wide range of conditions. After the session, the pressure is gradually returned to normal before you step out feeling refreshed and revitalised. There is no pressure to book more than one session — just come and see how it feels for you.
