Sports Therapy, Sports Massage & Dry Cupping

Meet Ami — Your Sports Therapist in Stirling

Hiya, I'm Ami — and honestly, I love everything to do with sport, movement and performance. I'm a fully qualified sports therapist at Nour Wellness Hub in Stirling, Scotland, originally from Glasgow. If you train hard, you'll get me: I know exactly how it feels to push your body, and I've nothing but respect for the graft that goes into your training. My background is a properly broad one — competitive combat sport (MMA, boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu, which I've competed and coached in), rugby, and these days strongwoman and powerlifting. So whether you're a runner, a lifter, a fighter, a weekend footballer or someone who's just tweaked their back lifting the shopping, I understand the body, the injuries, and how to get you moving comfortably again. No judgement, no jargon — just proper hands-on care.

What I can help you with

  • Sports massage in Stirling — deep tissue and sports massage to ease tight muscles, aid recovery and keep you training.
  • Dry cupping therapy — cupping to release tight, knotted muscles, boost circulation and ease tension and recovery.
  • Injury recovery & rehab — hands-on treatment and a clear plan to get you back to full movement after a niggle or injury.
  • Strength & combat athletes — recovery support built for lifters, powerlifters, strongwomen and MMA, BJJ and boxing folk.
  • Everyday aches & tension — you don't need to be an athlete; desk-bound backs and stiff necks are more than welcome.
